Soccer Season:

The Knights participate in many sports, such as soccer -  also known as football.  St. John's School provides sports opportunities for both boys and girls.  Our teams achieved a lot during the school year.  The middle school girls soccer team won the championship, making them the reigning champions for three years in a row.  Also, the middle school boys soccer team placed 2nd for all-island.  Looking over to the 4th quarter, our Knights soccer team have their eye on the championship title.

Practice:

Knights start practice at 4 pm and ends at 5:30 pm every day except for Sunday.  Every practice start with simple warm ups to avoid injury usually consist of a light jog around the soccer field, and team stretches. After warmups, the team work on fundamentals of soccer such as passing, and dribbling. Depending on the days, Coach Keith would put the girls in conditioning. Conditioning consist of 45 seconds sprints with the interval of 10 second rest or agility with cones, and many more exercises to get the girls in shape for a competitive season of soccer.
