COMMUNITY SERVICE
At an early age, students at St. John’s School begin learning the value of serving the community. Whether by donating money to support a child in another country, picking up trash at beach clean-ups, planting trees to prevent soil erosion, or raising money for cancer research, our students contribute to the community in multitude ways.
Students at St. John’s School must complete 100 hours of CAS (Creative, Action, Service) as part of their graduation requirement. Although the hours for the graduation requirement must be earned during their 11th and 12th grade years, many of our students choose to take part in the numerous community action activities throughout their years at St. John’s. |
