Kinder Graduation Class of 2036St. John’s School celebrated the graduation of the Kindergarten Class of 2036 with a ceremony held on June 4, 2024, at The Church of St. John the Divine with this year’s theme “We’re Ready to Go.” Mrs. Julie Perez and Mrs. Mickalina Reid, the kindergarten teachers, proudly presented the young graduates with their promotion certificates, special awards, and gift bags.

(Read More) Sophomores Shine at Ballet Competition in SeoulCongratulations to St. John’s sophomores, Juliana Fernando and Summer Han, for their outstanding performances at the 108th National Dance Arts Festival, organized by the Korean Ballet Association. The ballet competition held last Sunday, April 28th, in Seoul, South Korea, showcased their remarkable talent. Juliana secured the gold award while Summer earned the silver award in the combined middle and high school division.Well done, Juliana and Summer!

This year’s event featured two challenging categories: Category 1: Algebra, Geometry, Statistics; and Category 2: PreCalculus, Calculus.
(Read More) 46th Island Wide Science FairOn Saturday, April 6th, the University of Guam held the Annual Science Fair at the UOG Science Building in Mangilao. The event, which ran from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., welcomed participants from both public and private schools. Students submitted entries into seven different fields including: ecology and earth science; physical science and math; biology and medical; chemistry; energy, invention, sustainability; computer; and aerospace, robotics and engineering.
(Read More) Shen Wins 2nd Place in Congressional Art ContestCongratulations to our talented 8th grader, Qi Shen, for achieving 2nd place in the Congressional Art Competition. The competition featured students from grades 9 through 12 in our District. This year’s theme, “Exploring Guam,” inspired deep artistic exploration and expression among the students. Shen’s artwork, titled “Exploring Hilaan Beach,” beautifully encapsulates this theme.
